Flash Bookmarks is an awesome resource that I just found out about through Franto’s blog. There is a TON of information there and it’s updated daily.
Here’s a short tutorial on how to build an FLV player in AIR using Flex 3.
Adobe released an official AIR export extension for Flash CS3. You can grab it on Labs.

A site called airchive has a bunch of AIR apps to look through.
Eric Feminella developed an AS3 project called AIR Cairngorm which is intended to provide a framework for working with the new Adobe AIR services while utilizing the Cairngorm-micro architecture. AIR services includes the SQLite and FileSystem APIs which are available in Adobe AIR.
